✓ We are trialling the Bulk Billing model to try to ensure access to the highest level of medical care for everyone.
✓ We need everyone’s help to make this sustainable, so please appreciate and respect the practitioners and services, non-attendance and late cancellations will be charged a fee to ensure all patents can benefit from these services.

A fee of $50 will be charged for all non-attendance of face-to-face appointments and failure to answer telephone consults and cancellation with less than 2 hours notice.
No further appointments will be allowed to be booked until that fee is paid.
