If your doctor has asked you to phone, please advise reception and a message will be taken for the Doctor to return your call as soon as possible.

Standard appointment times are 15 minutes. If you feel you need longer, please discuss this with the receptionist at time of booking. Appointments for Health Assessments, Care Plans, Heart Health Checks , Skin Excisions, Immunisations – Injections all require time booked with one of our professional nurses as well as the doctor, so be sure to inform reception the nature of the appointment required. Complex medical problems and some Mental Health Issues all require extra time, so again, please notify reception if you think you will require a long appointment = 30 minutes. Whilst the Doctors aim to keep patients waiting times as short as possible, delays may occur as emergencies cannot be ruled out. If you book a standard appointment, please be mindful of this and people waiting to see the doctor after you.
